Appointment slots are added on an ongoing basis
Same day visits are made available 24 hours prior and are for URGENT issues ie. infections/injuries/post-hospital
After selecting an appointment type ensure you fill out a REASON FOR VISIT (see below)
After booking is confirmed there is a MANDATORY FORM to complete (see below)
