New Patients

Eligibility

As part of the Ministry of Health funded program the patients we are prioritizing are:

Those that have recently moved to the community
Those in which their family physician retired/moved/changed practices
Those who do not have a family physician

If you do have a current family physician we encourage you to continue your care through their office. We will be accepting more patients in the future.
