Eligibility

​As part of the Ministry of Health funded program the patients we are prioritizing are:

​

  1. Those that have recently moved to the community 

  2. Those in which their family physician retired/moved/changed practices

  3. Those who do not have a family physician

​

If you do have a current family physician we encourage you to continue your care through their office. We will be accepting more patients in the future.

We have had the privilege to serve this amazing community these past years and over 4000 patients have joined our practices. We hope to be able to re-open the waitlist in the future but at this time we have reached our capacity.
